Up at the top, go to My Trackers, then My Nutrition (OR click on the My Nutrition button on the Start page). This will open the food tracker. If you want to turn the meal plans on or off, there is an option to do so in a drop-down from the Tracker Options button at the top, below the date.

When I joined SparkPeople, I'm sure I saw that I had a menu planner. I have looked all over my profile and I can not see where this is.
