Hi 00210093,

Are you talking cardio machines or weight training machines? If it is the latter, if you go to the following link and click on the exercise demos, this will bring of various exercises and instructions on how to use them. Also, many gyms offer on-site staff that should be able to help you learn how to use the equipment.

I hope this helps!

I need some help please!!! I'm a college student and I live in the dorms. I been wanting to go to the gym but every time I go I feel so lost. I can never think of any exercises to do on the side besides being on a treadmill and on the bike. In the end I always end up looking dumb walking around looking lost. I always just leave after getting frustrated of machines all being full and not much space to work out.
