Though it may be slow, congrats on your loss! I too am impatient with how slow my weight is coming off, but then I realized: the slower it comes off, the better my skin will adjust to the changes, and it'll give me more of a chance to solidify my habits emoticon

The slower it comes off, the longer it will stay off. I stuggle with patience, too. Hopefully we can both learn to love the journey along the way! emoticon
