Welcome to Spark! You have come to the right place :) my first recommendation would to be to start a Spark Page so that you can meet some new friends and find some buddies to help keep you accountable - that makes a huge difference for me. There are some great teams out there like the 5% spring challenge - feel free to add me as a friend, and browse the teams - I bet there is one just perfect for you. Take it one day at a time and remember that this is for you! You will feel wonderful as you start achieving your goals and taking great care of yourself :) good luck on your journey!

My name is Tara. I have a whole person to lose and need all of the advice anyone can give me. The most weight i have been able to lose was 30 lbs but have not been able to keep it off. I am married and have raised 2 sons, a step-son and am still homeschooling and raising my other 3 boys. I also have 6 grandchildren and 2 more on the way.
