I am nervous to be doing this I am not use to blogging especially on a site like this. I am feeling rundown and disappointed in myself. I talked my new friend into coming onto this site to help her get her weight down that she is self conscious of and am trying to be supportive but cant seem to do the same for myself. I was on here a while back and left till she came on. The 1st attempt I went from over 200 pounds down to 180 but then find myself on this weight rollercoaster again and hope to get back on track. I recently have gotten hooked on zumba with the Wii so noone outside of the house can see my awkward lack of skill lol.I also joined a walking group with my friend and did an amazing 10k hike (1st one ) it was amazing and was sore for 3 days but was proud of myself for attempting and completing it but weight keeps teetering from 180-185 no matter how hard I try, I want to get down to 160 but seem stuck. Will try harder to succeed for myself and stop letting others negativity affect my thinking/feelings ~
