Hi jamberella here
I would like to lose 8 kilos , I am finding it hard I am 42 walk almost every day. I am no good at running. I try to eat healthy 80 % of the time. I drink more water than I used too.I love coffee and I cant resist sharing a big bag of potatoe chips with my partner while we watch a movie. I am currently in Darwin at my daughters for 3 more weeks. So missing my man. I live in Melbourne. Not that I know many people there as I am a stay at home mum. This year my twins will be off to school.
