Hi Samori -- Welcome to Spark People ! This is a great site for finding the tools, information and support that you need to achieve your goals... a good way to start is by writing down what your goals are, and what motivates you to work towards those goals. You might want to set up your "Spark Page" and use the blog feature there to do this, or you can just write it down the old-fashioned way, with pen and paper ! Start reading the articles here for help with making a plan, read some of the blogs by other members who have been successful, and be an active member of the community -- offering support to other members can be every bit as motivating to you as it is to them. Many people find the site a bit confusing to navigate at first, so don't be afraid to ask questions -- we are here for you!
