Hello and welcome! I'm "back" too as of January 1. I was an emotional yo-yo dieter and lost/gained the same 10 lbs over and over and over again. Frustrating!!! But, I kept trying and am on a new plan that is helping me be successful. So keep trying! You never know when that one time will be it!!!
Sounds like you have a lot going on right now. We've done major renovations and it's tough! But it's fun too!
My husband was the same way. He would always bring home all these tempting foods and say "just this once" or "a little won't hurt you". Grrrrrrr.... This time, I put my foot down and told everyone in the house of my plan and how I expect them to not only help me, but to be a part of it. hehehe But they have been pleasantly surprised by some of the meals I have fixed. I haven't made major changes, but am slowly adding in some new things for them to try.

Hi there! I did better my second time around on Spark and now I stay on to maintain my healthy habits.
Make small, healthy changes you can live with permanently. You will be a great role model for your kids!

Good day everyone, there been alot going on this past year and we are struggling with all kinds of changes in our house hold .. its been working so far .... organizing and all that .. we are currently under renovations... in our lving room... ive been struggling with weight gain .. i managed to keep it off til after chirstmas this year and gained ten back so frustrating .. and that brings me another 30 to lose to my goals... id love to lose at least 20 by summer .. but having such a hard time eating healthier at home with my kids eating all my good stuff and hubby bring all kinds of stabatogers.. ive asked him not to bring home but he does he just say dont eat it .. no one forcing u , the point is when its here its tempting and very difficult .. gah men eh...
im a stay at home mom .. with six beautiful children oldest soon to be 17,15,soon to be 13 , ten , seven and five year old... four girls and two boys .. ten and five is the boys.. rest are girls... joys of teenagers ....
