Have you started exercising yet?

I love the Leslie Sansone Walk away the pounds dvd's. Private and easy on the joints. I have some ligament damage in my knees and they work great for we.

hello my name is Tammy, I am new here, I am obese and been overweight since my teenage years. You could say, I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I am physically and emotionally tired of looking like I do (obese). I need to watch what I eat in small portions and exercise. Simply Put.
