hello...I would like to say first thank you for havingme here. I need alot of help. I used to go to a gym with my father but he onlny needed it for a few months.....then I had lost 10 pounds in 3 months. I lost my job so I couldn't go to the gym anymore. I really need someone there to workout with me so I can get some motivation. I lost my mojo on it. I gained my weight back. I'm 140 pounds and 5 feet even. I am hearing about this 2 day fast formula and I seen alot of reciews on it. My best friend and I want to lose the weight for ourselves so we can fit into a outfit that we are planning on wearing for our pictures in march and for my 2 year wedding anniversary. I can workout. I have no issues with that. Its eating for breakfast lunch and dinner. I need some good healthy recipes too. Thank you for helping me....
