Hi, Courtney, and welcome to SparkPeople! It sounds like you're up against a lot, but acknowledging your challenges is an important part of figuring out how to get what you want. I am fortunate enough not to struggle with any of the things you mention, but try searching the SparkTeams. I'm sure there's a group for people with arthritis, for example. Even if you don't connect with anyone just like you, you will definitely make some supportive, motivating friends to cheer you on and lift you up. hello everyone. Im new to this website and am trying to reach a goal of losing 50-100 lbs. Im looking for support and guidance. I do have arthritis and degenerative disc disease so some of the exercises must be modified for me. I am on psychiatric meds which I have been told my slow my weight loss. Is anybody else out there with the same conditions? Any comments and/or advice is appreciated. thank you
