Hi, Courtney, and welcome to SparkPeople! It sounds like you're up against a lot, but acknowledging your challenges is an important part of figuring out how to get what you want. I am fortunate enough not to struggle with any of the things you mention, but try searching the SparkTeams. I'm sure there's a group for people with arthritis, for example. Even if you don't connect with anyone just like you, you will definitely make some supportive, motivating friends to cheer you on and lift you up. Feel free to stop by my page or send me a private message if you are still feeling lost, or just want someone to talk to.
