emoticon I got off track when I went out of town for a seminar where breakfast, lunch and snacks were provided. I am doing the right thing now that I am back home emoticon emoticon emoticon

I've heard that eating half a grapefruit after meals really does help with weight loss. Other citrus would probably work as well.

A friend of mine has been successful with her weight loss by eating protein and veggies, and of course including fruit. Beans, green veggies... and that still keeps me able to eat meat. She also said, and I saw this on Dr. Oz I think..that eating a citrus after each meal helps as well. Has anyone else heard about that? I'm trying to give it a try. Keep you posted Sparklers!

Yes it is because I was getting used to eating the healthier food so I am ready to start losing some more Yeh!!!

The diet I was talking about I have had a boiled egg an apple and a orange lunch will be 3oz. of chicken breast a cup of fresh spinach and cooked frozen green beans so thats a good start dont you think
