That sounds great to me. All good foods. So long as you don't go over your nutrition ranges, I don't see anything wrong with that breakfast.

This morning instead of having either A) nothing for breakfast or B) junk, I decided to make 1 slice of whole wheat toast with 1/2 a tbs of peanut butter on it, 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese, and a whole fresh banana. (with a glass of water). I thought this would be a healthy breakfast but now I am not sure if it is...I mean, I guess it is better than before...
