Sounds perfectly healthy to me, what do you think is wrong with it?

That sounds great to me. All good foods. So long as you don't go over your nutrition ranges, I don't see anything wrong with that breakfast.

This morning instead of having either A) nothing for breakfast or B) junk, I decided to make 1 slice of whole wheat toast with 1/2 a tbs of peanut butter on it, 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese, and a whole fresh banana. (with a glass of water). I thought this would be a healthy breakfast but now I am not sure if it is...I mean, I guess it is better than before...
