Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. And that no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dreams, because every second of the search is a secondís encounter with God and with eternity" -Paulo Coelho Alchemist
We all have those days. Sometimes it's stress, sometimes it's your body that is withdrawing from sugar and caffeine. Raise your hands in the air and look to the sky and smile and say something really good about yourself. You are human like the rest of us and this too shall pass.
You NEVER regret a workout! Love Sojo

Actually I've had about three weeks of them off and on. My in-law family has just about hit my last nerve and now I have to deal with all of them at a memorial service tomorrow. So I've had dreams about everything, hash and rehash conversations, anticipate potential conversations in my head, and have developed an eye tick. After tomrrow, as far as I'm concerned, my husband is an only child and his family is all dead!
Lay aside life-harming heaviness and entertain a cheerful disposition.
