About the calories I think you are right my polar watch give a higher amount of calories burned per session. I like the motivation and the challenges!!! BTW if you are in to XBOX you should get the Kinect Star Wars is quite a bit of a physical challenge game as well, and the real plus is you can be Jedi!! LoL! May the Force be with you in every workout!

I have it on Xbox 360 also. My husband got it for me for Christmas last year. I agree that it is very detailed. I like it, but I think I have too many challenges going on at once. I am currently doing couch 2 5k, the nike fit trainer, and the 28 day boot camp challenge on here. I am having a hard time fitting it all in. The good thing about the game is that you can chose how many days per week you want to work out. The bad thing is I don't think the amount of calories you burn during the workout it accurate. I think it estimates low. Hope this helps.
