If you're looking for specific advice, we need more details, as already stated, or you can just put all your info into SP and start from there. If you're looking for an "accountability buddy" rather than specific advice, we'd need to know that, too. Your post could be read either way, to me.

Everyone is different and I only know what works for me and that is LOTS of water, plenty of protein, fresh fruits & vegetables. It is important to stay within your calorie range, not just staying under your max. calorie range, but also making sure you are eating enough and what you are eating is healthy and sustaining. Definitely use the Nutrition tracker offered and if you are just beginning your journey you may want to invest in a good measuring cup & food scale. So many people (including myself) have portion distortion. Read the SP articles they are very helpful!

If you want help, I would suggest that you tell people some more information, and make your Sparkpage/ nutriton tracker public.You can always put it back to private later.

All we know is you want to lose 34 lbs based on your ticker. No one has any idea what meal plan you are following, or how much you exercise, how tall you are, or what your SP range is.

Hard to help with this little info. Let people know more, and I am sure plenty of people will be along to give you advice.
