Everyone is different and I only know what works for me and that is LOTS of water, plenty of protein, fresh fruits & vegetables. It is important to stay within your calorie range, not just staying under your max. calorie range, but also making sure you are eating enough and what you are eating is healthy and sustaining. Definitely use the Nutrition tracker offered and if you are just beginning your journey you may want to invest in a good measuring cup & food scale. So many people (including myself) have portion distortion. Read the SP articles they are very helpful!
