Well done.

I regularly eat half portions at restaurants now and am doing better and better at home. Makes an amazing difference, doesn't it?

Good for you. That was my hardest challenge for eating. I still have a big appetite, but now I can control it. emoticon for getting such a quick hold on yours.

After a week of only eating half of my meal portions, I started to fill up easier and I don't eat as much...
