Oh Yeah, nutrisystems, picking on men this time, showing a guy eating an ice cream sandwich, but they don't tell you that it's the only one you get all day, lol. Those stupid toxin cleanses, that, if you think you need one, your organs would be failing you, not doing their job, so you would be a fool to think they cleanse anything. Temporary fixes, but EASY money for the diet industry. And usually women fall for all of this stuff.

Not gonna lie, I'm taking advantage of the sales some stores are having :)
Many of the ads are great because they involve new classes or exercises that you might not be doing or even know about. I love seeing new things. The next couple months is also a great time to pick up new or even gently used items at thrift stores because people will start giving up and donating their items.
The ad on here for Body Training Systems reminds me of my weight lifting class and how much I love that class. If you see the ad check out Group Power as that is my class.

Gee whiz I have been exercising for a long time. I like the exercising and gym ads. I look for new ways of exercising and some of the ads help. Go ahead and get up and try the P90x exercises. My daughter bought the series and after just 3 minutes I was working up a sweat. Or the Total gym commercials motivate me to use mine more often
Ads are the main reason I don't have TV and haven't for over 10 years! Still you're right, even without TV they are everywhere. The gym ads or gagdets don't bother me near as much as the diet pills.....UGH!
Okay one thing I hate more then all the political ads that we got bombed with during election year is the bomb of gym ads , diet pill ads and gadgets that will be rammed down our throats for the next 2 months! It's already starting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
