I use ground turkey breast in tacos and chili, but always found the burgers I made with it to be kind of dry. Now I make a meatloaf recipe (turkey breast with an egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and herbs & spices), shape it into burgers, and bake them in the oven. Love them!

I use it in anything I use to use ground beef in and now don't even like the ground beef, prefer the turkey.

I made turkey burgers last night, with fresh parsley and sauteed mushrooms. They were really good, I know it seems like something plain, but I like the fact that I am having a cheeseburger!
Discipline is just choosing between what you want now, and what you want MOST.

Try Spark recipe.com, you can search by ingredient. I love the Turkey meatloaf with sundried tomato and feta cheese!! There are tons of recipes on Spark!!

try mixing dry ranch seasoning mix into the turkey burger and if you want to add a little shredded cheese to the mix it is good also and then grill them on the george forman...super easy and delicious!

I make "loaded sweet potatoes." I bake a sweet potato, pile 2-3 oz. of ground turkey on top of it, then add a 1/4 of an avocado, 2 tablespoons of salsa, and a tablespoon of low-fat cream cheese. It's delicious and only about 300-400 calories, depending on the size of the sweet potato.

I love meatloaf made with ground turkey, or meatballs, or turkey burgers. Or stuffed peppers -- sautee ground turkey with white beans, chopped onion, and marinara sauce and then bake inside bell pepper halves. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Yummy and great presentation!

I make turkey patties. It's become one of my go-to meals.
4 oz of ground turkey 1 T of medium salsa 1 T of breadcrumbs
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and fry until done all the way through.
