Well I am new to Spark People. So far, I have picked 3 goals for this week. Journal, pack a lunch 3 days this week, and excersice in front of the tv for 15 minutes. I am not a fan of grocery shopping, especially by myself. Since the hubby is at work, I have no choice if I want to meet one of my goals for the week! So, once I am finished up here, it will be time to write a healthy shopping list, and lo and behold, STICK TO IT!
