I'm not lactose intolerant but I'm so happy that you are happy. Enjoy all of those grilled cheese sandwiches! Add some tomatoes for flavor!

I found lactose free cheese on my local grocery store shelf this weekend. I was so excited, that I took a picture and sent it to my SO, who promptly laughed at me for it. But for people who are severely lactose intolerant, like I am, this was the FIND OF THE CENTURY!!! Once again, I can have grilled cheese sandwiches that actually taste the way they're supposed to!! (Yes, I know there are lots of alternative 'cheese' options out there, and I've tried most of them. But none of them have both the flavour and texture of the cheese I've known and loved all of my life)

I just had to share this miraculous find, since I know there are a lot of other people on these boards who are also lactose intolerant. Of course, maybe everyone else already knows about this, and the fact that I live in the isolated north means I'm just behind the times yet again, but still...It's the thought that counts...
