In a blender I put 1 cup water then added spinach leaves, mint leaves, romaine lettuce leaves,parsley, 1 Half cucumber, 1 apple, 1 mandarin orange, pineapple chunks, 1 WW smoothie drnk packet worth 1 point, ( the blueberry pomegranate one...it has protein powder in it) and a package of stevia . I probably didn't need the stevia...but the day before I had made it with lime and lemons and felt it needed a bit of sweetener. I am going to continue trying new ingredients....I put blueberries in it the other day...but then it is no longer green! It was yummy tho

Green smoothie sounds great to me. I like smoothies no matter what color they are!

two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 apple, 1 bananas, 1 cup of yogurt, 5 strawberries, 1/2 orange. Blend well and enjoy! I love green smoothies!!!
