I'm not familiar with that product, but it looks like it's similar to other supplements that do not show much scientific evidence that it works. It would be better to skip the supplements and follow a healthy diet with exercise. Some resources you may want to check out:
I used it for the past two months but just ran out this week. I'm not really sure if it has been working. The test subjects on Dr. Oz did nothing different, just took the supplement and lost weight, but I'm pretty sure I would not have lost the weight I have lost if I hadn't been dieting and exercising! I would be interested to hear from anyone else who feels like they lost weight just from using the supplement.
