I eat at japanese restaurants like 4 times a week its bad lol. Next time I may add wasabi powder to the dressing for a kick. But I'm really excited about making this up today its probably gonna be a weekly thing for me. I looooove fish

after working out today i was so hungry i figured i would treat myself to some sushi. unfortunately the sushi restaurant closes between 2:30 and 5 so to the grocery store i went. soooo glad i did.
i made seared tuna steak lettuce wraps with a sesame ginger reduction and pico de gallo and it was sooo easy.

first i put "newmans own" low fat sesame ginger salad dressing in a sautee pan over a medium high heat. when it started to bubble i added my tuna steak. i prefer my tuna just touched by the heat but you can cook it to your perfect temp. slice and drizzle the rest of the reduced sauce over tuna. i used boston butter bib lettuce cause it has such a nice taste and is perfect for lettuce wraps but romaine would work just as easy. got some pico and assembled my delicious wraps!

they were so good and turned out to be around 300 calories a serving. i think i am now addicted! hope you all enjoy :-)
