After having broken up work outs and activity recently, -- yesterday I actually got in over an hour long fast paced walk... my body loved it and I felt strong and good the whole time. I love it!!
and I almost forgot to say, I am including running in my walks for a segment and they are getting longer and I don't feel winded... so I am making progress there too! Yay!
