70 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 30 scissors, and 30 pushups... AFTER teaching 3 ballet classes and doing a workout at derby (off skates still unfortunately)... at Karate today as our cardio/warm-up (stretching too of course)... Woo Hoo! First time I got to that many jumping jacks and such so I'm pleased :D Wednesdays are my crazy days! :P
