I'm new to spark people. Not new to dieting. Have been overweight my whole life. Have done every weight loss program in the world. Lost weight and gained it back. Tired of the struggle this is my last resort. I'm too old to carry this much weight. A little overwhelmed by this website but willing to give it a try. Impressed by the people that have made it work with the help of this site. I'm hopeful!
