I've recently started exercising about a month and a half ago--I started out with the 30 day shred, it was tough at first, but now it doesn't do much for me... I hardly sweat at all.
I've started running/walking 1 minute intervals, which really feels like a workout to me! I sweat a ton and I feel great afterwards.
The only thing is my knees are a little painful--I'd like to run more and get a good cardio workout, but i don't want to injure my knees!
I plan on biking once the weather gets nice.... but for now theres still snow!
