You are HUNGRY - you must eat! I suspect that with only 2 posts having been made you are new to this. That being the case, you should only be making small changes at a time, and that includes dropping calories in small increments. When I first tried dropping about 450 calories, I would get very nauseous (including a step further), light-headed and get woken in the middle of the night with severe hunger pains and the nausea. I had to go back to the calories I had been consuming, and just drop down by 50 cal's at time and allow my body to get used to it before dropping further.

The same applies to exercise and changes to what you eat. It is baby steps that wins the day!! My baby steps took me to my goal. I had been overweight for about 30 years. I lost 50lb in 16 months, happily sat there for a year, and then decided to go down again. I have been at my goal for over 2 years now! Those baby steps sure can be your best friend :-)

I also allowed myself a day to eat whatever I wanted, without worrying about calories etc. In weight-loss mode it was one day in two weeks - on maintenance it is once per week. Sometimes the gap is larger - sometimes smaller. To accommodate this, I generally ate toward the lower end of my range - but that was once I had gotten down to that with those baby steps!

Eat. You will go over your cals some days, just a fact of life. When you are at moms, make a point of eating slowly, making the healthiest choices you can (i.e. a double serving of veggies and a small serving of mashed potatoes) and don't go back for seconds. Drink water instead of pop or juice, etc.

I go over my cals about once a week and I am still loosing. I wouldn't worry about too much, just don't let it be a regular occurance. And don't starve yourself because you are over, that will just lead to bad feelings and a binge later on.

I went over board today and have allready ate all my calories plus 94 over. And ofcourse tonight is the night were going to moms for dinner. and im very hungry. please help
