Same thing for me. Pounds go away, but the inches lost are not as big as I thought they would be. Maybe it's that I expected too much for each 10 pounds. Dunno, but plan to keep on trying.

I think it's excellent that you are tracking both types of measurements. My tummy was the last thing to start shrinking too. I've got some ways to go before my final goal, but I know I'll get there!

I can empathize with you there! See my weight ticker? Well, I have lost a lot of weight, but not very much off my waist (my Dietitian measures it). Only a couple cm. BUT the funny thing is, I have gone from a NZ size 20-22 (top and bottom) to a 14-16 bottom and 12-14 top. Obviously something good has happened :-) I used to have a gap of about 1" between my thumb and middle finger when I wrapped them around my wrists. Now they over-lap ..... AND my wrists weren't 'fat' (as in padded) before but rather big boned. My face is no-where near as round as it used to be and my arms are smaller. I don't expect I will lose much more around my torso because I am rather limited as to what exercises I can do. Another positive for me has been that my cholesterol and HbA1c are now quite normal after having been far from it previously :-)
