Sorry, but that isn't an option at this time. You may want to consider turning off the meal plans and tracking your own food.

No, there's not a gluten-free plan, unfortunately. From what I understand, the reason for this is because it's very difficult to do with regional differences and availability.

Hello,

I wondered if there was a meal plan for people who are gluten intolerant. Or, if there is a way to navigate the diet being gluten intolerant. Thank you.
