Hello, I'm new.
Live alone with three dogs wanting goodies...
Getting rid of wheat is every bit as hard as getting rid of sugar was.
Sugar is blood sugar and entitlement battle- plus cravings.
Wheat is about a whole world of changes Nothing canned or rolled in coating or thickened or bread!
I havent given up the toast with egg. My worst addiction.
Will have to establish a different morning tradition.
Shopping asian market for astonishing variety of non wheat pastas! Sauces. Flavors and textures!
Cant afford to shop trader joe or anything that is Grocery store.
I get $80 food stamps and live on $698. So no wiggle room.
I found an open air farmers market for fresh produce and has a quality butcher with the best prices right beside it. I pick up a food box from government commodities but can't eat most of it as it is flour and wheat products. But it has enough usable to supplement my fridge three weeks into the month.
It is not possible to establish a definite diet. Or buy this and make that list. But I found Sparks diet tracker board to be extremely useful. It estimates the calories etc and gives you an idea of whether you are over eating. I very much appreciate the free assistance's sight gives!
To higher self esteem and better fitting clothes!
