Hi,
gluten-free mama has some great recipes you could try. Link is above.
Good luck. I've been searching for good tasting gluten-free recipes for quite some time now. I also like them to be low fat, and edible.

I have found that Spark Recipes offers some great recipes. Members also add there comments on other things to add. I don't use wheat flour in any of my recipes now. I use barley flour, coconut flour, rice flour or Quinoa flour. It just depends what I am cooking which one I use. I also use allrecipes.com
