hi i could do with some help i have been told i have polysistic ovaries and that a gi diet would help ! they say u can have 17 points a day then move onto 20 what are the food points values and i dont understand how i can only have 17 if broccoli is 10 cauliflower is 15 that's my points gone ????? help sorry lol
