Scheduling is tough for me too since I have kind of a crazy schedule. I just try very hard to know what I want to accomplish in a day, writing it down sometimes, allow for variances that come up and get on with it. Being a grown up isn't easy, LOL.

Have you been eating breakfast? A proper breakfast goes a long way (far longer t han coffee) to boosting energy.
