I keep getting asked how much weight I would like to lose and I just realized that I honestly don't know. I mean, ideally I would like to be at the 140 mark, but right now, I sitting at the 230 mark. So to me any number less than 230 is success, know what I mean? So because my wedding is august 2010, should I be setting an actual "goal weight" or just living life day by day, exercising, eating healthy and taking what ever weight loss that occurs in stride. I just don't want to be stressing out over numbers as I know I will be busy planning other things. Don't get me wrong, weight loss is very important and I do want to lose weight. What is everyone else doing?
