Tracking is key. It's really helpful to know how many calories, etc. are being consumed. After a few days of doing it I found that it was pretty much automatic for me to track the food.

First time commenting. I've been exercising 45 min. almost daily without watching diet. Need to now modify eating for consistent weight loss. I am also signing up for special interest classes Monday and Wednesday 2 - 4pm. to help with boredom eating and it's something I really want to do. Learn Italian for travelers. These are some of my goals for the new year.
