today is only me 2nd day but i'm feeling positive. I was watching my diet somewhat before I found spark people but now i'm following the plan to help me. 1st day went well and the diet plan didn't leave me hungry. I drank water and exercised. I have the support of people here and my family. I need to lose the weight to control my diabetes and for my general health. since i'm a widower I need to look better if I want to find a nice lady. LOL
