Good luck RXMARY1 and emoticon to Sparks. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help support or encourage you along your journey here my name is Beth. Go at your own pace and do what is right for you, find teams that have something in common with your interests and join up, find friends that will support and encourage you along your journey. You don't have to do this alone here there are others who are may be going thru or may have gone thru the same things so reach out and ask a friend. Again emoticon

YAY for you! You should make a spark page so we can all get to know you and cheer you on. Take it slow, make small, healthy changes every day you can live with permanently and you will be successful. Don't think of numbers on a scale or a deadline to loose weight. That leads to disappointment.

One day at a time darlin!

Check out my spark page and let me know if I can help you in any way!

Hi all,
Getting started on my weightless journey. Will be turning 40 in a few weeks and realized that it's time to reclaim my health and my life. The pain of being completely obsessed with my weight (too much weight) has led to feelings of self loathing, depression, and guilt upon failure. Enough is enough. Please wish me luck emoticon !
