I really need to lose weight to be healthy. its effecting my health and energy.
i was exercising 5 to 6 hours a week for 1.6 years and lost about 40 lbs.
but quit last year and gained it all back.
I work a 40 hour week full time job as an LPN/clinical liaison/marketing, plus sell avon, tutor a nursing student,plus taking college classes working toward my RN degree,mom to 4 young men, wife and a grammy to 1 beautiful granddaughter.
so as you see I am a very busy woman.
with my job I am always on the move and very seldom in the same town every day.
so lunch is the biggest challenge.
