Me too, I joined spark coach yesterday and set up three goals, getting 8 hours sleep, exercising 10 min a day and drinking water. The water is a problem for me it seems.

Trying to get re-sparked again too. It has worked for me in the past. I joined the spark coach the other day and am motivated this time at spark will have great results.

Hello all! I'm trying to get my spark back. I signed up for Spark Coach last night in the hopes that will be the extra kick in the butt I need :) I'm recommitting to my fast break goals of drinking 64oz of water a day, exercising 10 minutes a day and writing in a journal. In the past I have not used the message boards for support so my goal is to start posting here too. Thank you all for being here and good luck in your weight loss journey! emoticon
