Me too, I joined spark coach yesterday and set up three goals, getting 8 hours sleep, exercising 10 min a day and drinking water. The water is a problem for me it seems.

I just joined SparkCoach and I do believe it's a great way to start. I had some kind supportive words from SparkPeople as result of my replies on the message boards. I appreciated all the kind words. emoticon

Hi!
I am trying to get my spark back as well. I just joined spark coach last night. Looking for friends to motivate, and help me stay motivated along the way.

Hello all! I'm trying to get my spark back. I signed up for Spark Coach last night in the hopes that will be the extra kick in the butt I need :) I'm recommitting to my fast break goals of drinking 64oz of water a day, exercising 10 minutes a day and writing in a journal. In the past I have not used the message boards for support so my goal is to start posting here too. Thank you all for being here and good luck in your weight loss journey! emoticon
