That's great! I had a rough week last week which lead to three days of binging. I woke up the next day feeling horrible--Instead of moping and sitting around, I looked at this weeks fitness minutes and decided to focus on reaching my goal. It was a great way to keep my mind off food.

After yesterday's disappointing scale weigh in, I took one day off to regroup. I went back into the gym today and feel great for it!
