being on the site grts me movated but sometimes im on here too long gets me tired.. but as for today im good..

well today was a little easier to be motivated. I was able to have some time to myself. So I was able to do more than usual. After talking to my husband about how I feel about exercising in front of him, he reassured me that I have nothing to worry about and if I want I can go into the other room and tell him to stay out for a while. I think that was some good advice and will be doing that more often.
