to SparkPeople! I think you'll find this site is very helpful on your journey to a healthier you. They provide us with numerous tools and resources, my favorite are the nutrition and fitness trackers as they really help to keep me on track and accountable every day. There are also very informative and inspirational articles, blogs and people to help keep you motivated and help you figure out what will help you best.
As for your question about fiber, there are a ton off foods that we eat all the time that have more fiber than you'd think. Spark has a great article on fiber, the amounts we should eat a day and a list of foods and their fiber content. You can find the article here:
