Wow! Well, honestly I'm not sure how healthy it would be to lose 30lb by May, but you may find that you don't have to lose as much as you think to fit into your dress if you focus a lot on fitness. So... how to fit it in to your busy schedule? I too work at a desk all day, but am allowed a break. Unless its freakishly cold out, I walk around in the parking lot for 15 min in the afternoons. Is this a possibility for you? I don't know the ages of your kids, but could you involve them in a workout? For example, get them doing a video with you - kickboxing or zumba maybe? And definitely when the days get longer, some family walks and play outside. Also, make the most of weekends and the time you can find there. Maybe do some two-a-days on the weekends, and take more days off during the week? Just brainstorming here. Maybe you'll get some ideas. You do have to make time for you.
