I fell off the SparkPeople wagon for a few months myself. Gained a few pounds and then decided - this is NOT the way I want to go. Back on the wagon. My weight goal is a pound a week until I get to a point that I feel good. 10 - 20 pounds by next May would be nice. Best of luck to you and Happy Halloween. Giving all that candy away !!

I was using Sparkpeople faithfully, then the computer got my Spark Streak wrong and said I didn't have any, and due to other stresses in my life-namely, trying to get some money coming in as I lost my job of 14 years July 2012. Anyway, I got out of the habit. Gained some weight, not a real surprise. Now, I'm back! Reaching out for support and maybe that will help me stay on track. I hope to lose weight, about 15 lbs, and get my blood pressure down. We shall see. I hope everyone here is doing well! Thanks for listening! (for Halloween!)
