Im 27 years old, married going on 7 yrs to the love of my life, we have three boys together. Im looking to lose about 78 pounds in the long run and getting into better eating habits and portion control. Im working with a weight loss dr on nutrition and I workout on my elliptical already and starting back on my leslie sansone dvds a few times a week. I just bought a polar ft4 heart rate monitor to track my calories burned and working my way into tracking my food on sparkpeople.
