I'm sorry about the loss of your aunt. Remember all the healthy lifestyle choices you were making before and how good they made you feel. I know those good feelings help me stay motivated. If you find it difficult to plunge right back in, then take it one step, one day, one goal at a time to help you get back on track. Sorry for your loss. Instead of trying to get back into everything, just choose one thing per day, and add 1 additional thing each day, before you know it you will be back on track.
Your deceased aunt is now an angel. Ask her to give you a kick from heaven. She wouldn't want you to quit or slide too much more on your goals. my Mom passed away over 25 years ago. Believe me, she doesn't want to see me in heaven any sooner than God has planned.
Start with logging in every day again. Track, get up and move. Maybe it is time to go to the store and freshen up the fridge and freezer. Take a week or so off from going out. Eat at home whenever possible or pack lunches. You'll make it.

my dear aunt passed away (86 yrs.) and after the past two weeks of working, back and forth to the home to be with her, decreased sleep, fast food ( i broke down more than once), not writing down what i eat...even missed two spark days and so there goes my cool 140 day log in streak,.....how can i get back at it? i know i just gotta do it if i don't want to start that backward slide but this is the kind of thing i have not handled well in the past. maybe i just need a good firm kick in the right direction but that i can't do myself. any suggestions?
