I would say the cold is the biggest factor here.
Are there any lingering effects: A cough, sniffles, being tired, not being able to take a deep breath?
If you have any of these lingering effects just take it slow getting back to the intensity you're used to. Maybe start at half and work your way up from there. You might even want to wait until you're totally over the cold before you do any type of higher intensity.
Just listen your body.
