This is nice. Make your lifestyle easy for good health. Get at least eight hours of sleep each night because sleep deprivation can stress your immune system and make you more susceptible to health problems.

I suggest the Workout Generator! Lots of options so you can customize a program for frequency, beginner or advanced, what tools you have available such as bands, ball, etc., really a great way to get going!!

Walking... start at jjust 10min a day if you can, and increase as you get fitter.
Walking is great.

Walking is a good starting place. For myself I need variety so also did tia Chi and
yoga. As I dropped inches I added elliptical and Zumba. Once weight started to
go added weights (5lb still use that weight) and bands.
This summer I started bicycling for first time in 30 years. I still do all the above on a
rotation. I often hit a period of no weight lose, but stick to exercising minimum 30 minutes a day and eating smart. If nothing else bits of an inch go away and I gladly take
progress in any form, inches, pounds, ability to do something new or that I
couldn't do for years.

Hi All! Not losing weight just doing the tracking of daily points. What kind of exercises would you recommend starting a new exercise routine? What is easy, but effective?
